Classroom based training - included blended learning to feature various job roles all at the same time, but to still prioritise upon individual needs and assessment.
Remote online training – to cap at a set number of individuals, using the best teaching and learning strategies available, and always including a teaching practitioner.

ASESA delivers a full portfolio of both remote and workplace courses to suit your bespoke learner needs, in addition to any specific learning plan. Correct and effective training needs analysis is the top priority to drive qualitative development from site operative to senior management.

ASESA believes that any individual, albeit coming into the UK asbestos industry or those currently employed, should identify that there is an available career with a real understanding of CPD (Continuing Professional Development). It is how we take our industry forward. That is why in addition to the above training portfolio, we not only deliver bespoke, vocational qualifications from level 2 to 6 inclusive, but are also committed to deliver further development to the individual; developed soft skills workshops to further enhance leadership and worker involvement being one example.
